The Athlete House Physical Therapy | Nicholasville KY
Built for active adults who want results.
We're a sports-focused physical therapy clinic inside CrossFit 859 in Brannon Crossing serving the Lexington and Nicholasville area. Our approach blends hands-on PT with performance-minded programming so you can keep training, running, and competing with confidence.

Why we exist
Too many active adults get stuck in cycles of pain, rushed visits, and generic rehab that doesn't translate to the gym or the road. We started The Athlete House to change that narrative. We are here to listen to your goals and come up with a real plan to achieve them, rather than tell you to "just stop for a while."When you work with us, you'll be truly heard - and your body will feel the difference.
The way physical therapy should work for people who actually move
We're not interested in cookie-cutter protocols or telling you to stop doing what you love. Every session is one-on-one, built around your sport, your goals, and your training schedule.
One-on-one sessions
every time
You get dedicated time with your clinician, not bounced between techs or shared with other patients. Every visit is focused on your progression.
Programming support for your sport
Whether you're training for a marathon, prepping for Hyrox, or just trying to squat pain-free, we help you build a plan that fits your goals.
Hands-on care that translates to training
Dry needling, cupping, soft tissue work, and movement coaching are all tools we use to help you get back to what matters.
Support beyond
the
session
Our "PT in your pocket" model means you can reach out by text or call when questions come up during training or recovery.
